Description
A classic holiday candy — coconut, pecans, condensed milk, butter, and confectioner’s sugar mixed with your choice of vanilla, mint, or rum flavoring, rolled into balls, and dipped in melted chocolate and paraffin for a firm, glossy shell. Mix coconut, pecans, condensed milk, butter, and confectioner’s sugar together until well combined.

Add 1 tsp. of your chosen flavoring (vanilla, mint, or rum) and mix well.

Chill the mixture until firm enough to roll, about 1 hour.

Roll mixture into small balls.

Melt paraffin and chocolate chips together in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Dip each ball into the chocolate-paraffin mixture using a toothpick or dipping fork. Let excess drip off.

Place dipped candies on waxed paper to cool and harden.
