Description

A boldly seasoned baked snack mix of Chex cereals, nuts, and shoestring potatoes tossed in butter, Worcestershire, garlic, onion, parsley, and cayenne — then slow-baked at 200°F for an hour until everything is crispy and deeply flavored.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F.
  2. In a 9Ă—13 metal pan, mix together melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add cereals, nuts, and shoestring potatoes. Mix well to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
