Description

A rich, homemade Irish cream liqueur made with Swiss milk chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, cream, instant coffee, vanilla, and bourbon. Far better than store-bought.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in a saucepan or double boiler. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  2. Pour into a large bowl. Add evaporated milk, cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Dissolve instant coffee in 1 Tbsp. of boiling water, then add to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Blend in bourbon and stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour into a bottle, leaving room at the top. Store in the refrigerator.
  6. Let stand at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before pouring.
