Sweet Potato Casserole
Description
A rich, velvety sweet potato casserole with a buttery pecan crumble topping — mashed sweet potatoes beaten fluffy with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk, spread in a pan and topped with a brown sugar, flour, butter, and pecan streusel. Boil sweet potatoes until tender and drain thoroughly.

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and butter in a mixer bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth, moist, and fluffy.

Spread sweet potato mixture in a 9Ă—9 or 9Ă—13 pan.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, room-temperature butter, and pecans together until crumbly.

Sprinkle topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
