Description

A simple, creamy artichoke and spinach casserole — frozen chopped spinach combined with sliced artichoke hearts, sour cream, onions, and Parmesan cheese, spread in a greased casserole dish, topped with more Parmesan, and baked at 350°F for 20–30 minutes. Elegant enough for a dinner party, simple enough for a weeknight.

  1. Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Drain and squeeze dry.
  2. Mix spinach, sliced artichoke hearts, sour cream, onions, and half the Parmesan cheese together.
  3. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Note
