Description

Adam Moore's simple, bright Southwest chicken marinade — fresh lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes whisked together. Marinade chicken for 1–4 hours for a clean, citrusy, perfectly spiced result every time.

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-lock bag.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and no more than 4 hours.
  5. Grill, bake, or pan-sear as desired.

Note
