Description

A quick microwave fudge made by layering powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a bowl — cooking in the microwave for 2 minutes without stirring, then mixing together with vanilla and nuts and pouring into a greased container to freeze for 20 minutes. The Radar Range was the original name for a microwave oven, and this recipe has been around long enough to prove its worth.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, layer the dry ingredients first: blend powdered sugar and cocoa together.

  4. Remove from microwave and stir just enough to mix all ingredients together.
  5. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until well blended.

  7. Remove from freezer, cut into squares, and serve.
