Description

A classic Southern creamy potato salad — boiled potatoes combined with hard-boiled eggs, diced celery, sweet relish, onion, and mustard-mayo dressing, seasoned generously and refrigerated until cold. The kind of potato salad that belongs at every cookout, family reunion, and holiday table.

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15–18 minutes. Drain.
  2. While still warm, combine potatoes with diced eggs, celery, sweet relish, and onion.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Fold into the potato mixture.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
