Spanish Rice

Servings: 12 Difficulty: Beginner
This recipe is a variation of one I found online when I was unable to find a Spanish rice mix at my local supermarket. What began as a substitute quickly became a favorite in its own right. Over time, I adjusted it to suit our family's tastes, and it has since become my go-to Spanish rice recipe.
