Description

A rich, creamy Cajun pasta loaded with fresh crawfish tails simmered with the holy trinity, garlic, parsley, cream, and jalapeño cheese — tossed with egg noodles and baked with a Parmesan topping. Decadent, deeply flavored, and the kind of dish that makes any dinner feel like a celebration.

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onions, bell peppers, and celery in oleo over medium heat until soft.
  2. Add parsley, garlic, and crawfish. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Add half and half and jalapeño cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thick and creamy.
  5. While sauce simmers, boil and drain egg noodles according to package directions.
  6. Add noodles to the crawfish mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Pour into a casserole dish, top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
