Description

Dad's from-scratch cranberry relish — two bags of Ocean Spray cranberries boiled in water with sugar, orange zest, and orange juice for 30 minutes until thick and jammy. More of a relish than a sauce, with whole berries remaining. Best served the next day after the flavors develop overnight in the refrigerator.
