Chocolate Orange Cupcakes with Limoncello Frosting

Mix chocolate cake mix according to package instructions, substituting orange juice for the water.

Toss chocolate chips with 1 tsp flour. Fold chocolate chips and candied orange peel into the chocolate batter.

Cool cupcakes for 1 hour on a wire rack before frosting.

Combine all frosting ingredients except candied orange peel in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
