Adam’s Sweet BBQ Sauce
Description
Adam Moore's from-scratch sweet BBQ sauce — bacon-infused base with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, and ketchup simmered together into a rich, layered sauce. Fills two squeeze bottles and keeps for weeks in the refrigerator.

Cook Bacon in saucepan until browned.

Add Onion, garlic, onion powder, Garlic powder black pepper, and cloves; cook until onion is translucent and floppy.

Add sugar, water, ketchup. Mustard, honey preserves, and reduce then simmer for 20 to 30 min.

Remove bacon from Sauce.

Put the Sauce in a blender and blind.

Add vinegar to reduce sweetness to tasteÂ
(do this slowly you can’t go back if you put in to much).
