Orange-Poppy Seed Salad
Description
A bright, elegant salad with homemade sugared almonds — egg white and sugar coated almonds baked until golden and crisp, tossed with Bibb and leaf lettuce, mandarin oranges, strawberries, and green onion, then dressed in a tangy orange-poppy seed vinaigrette. A showstopper for a luncheon or dinner party.
