Description

A warm, cheesy broccoli dip with garlic cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and sautéed onions, finished with mushrooms and slivered almonds. Rich, savory, and best served hot from the chafing dish.

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well.
  2. 2. Sauté onion in butter over medium heat until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, garlic cheese, and seasonings. Cook until cheese melts.
  4. 4. Add broccoli and cook 1 minute longer.
  5. 5. Stir in mushrooms and slivered almonds.
  6. 6. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
