Description

A warm, cheesy dip baked right inside a hollowed-out round bread loaf. Cream cheese, sour cream, onion soup mix, green chilies, and chopped beef — the kind of appetizer that becomes the centerpiece of every potluck.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, onion soup mix, green chilies, and chopped beef together until well combined.
  3. Cut the top off the round bread loaf and hollow it out, reserving the bread pieces.
  4. Spoon the dip mixture inside the hollowed bread loaf.
  5. Break reserved bread into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake bread loaf with dip and bread pieces together for 20 minutes until the dip is hot and bread is toasted.
  7. Serve warm with toasted bread pieces, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.
