Description

A simple, crowd-sized fresh fruit salad — any combination of seasonal fruit tossed in a honey-lime dressing with fresh mint. Flexible, beautiful, and works for breakfast, brunch, or alongside any meal. Best made no more than an hour ahead so the fruit stays crisp.

Note

Add the honey-lime dressing just before serving — it draws liquid from the fruit and can make the salad watery if dressed too far ahead.
