Artichoke Casserole
Description
A simple, creamy artichoke and spinach casserole — frozen chopped spinach combined with sliced artichoke hearts, sour cream, onions, and Parmesan cheese, spread in a greased casserole dish, topped with more Parmesan, and baked at 350°F for 20–30 minutes. Elegant enough for a dinner party, simple enough for a weeknight.

Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Drain and squeeze dry.

Mix spinach, sliced artichoke hearts, sour cream, onions, and half the Parmesan cheese together.

Place in a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.

Note
Squeeze every drop of water from the spinach after cooking — excess moisture makes the casserole watery and prevents it from setting.
