Sweet Beer Bread
Description
A three-ingredient quick bread — self-rising flour, sugar, and beer — poured into a loaf pan and baked until golden, then finished with a pour of melted butter. No yeast, no kneading, no fuss.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.

Mix flour, sugar, and beer together until just combined. Batter will be thick.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour melted butter evenly over the top.

Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes more until deep golden brown.
