Spinach Bread
Description
Garlic cheese and spinach spread over French bread, wrapped in foil, and heated until the cheese melts and the bread is warm and irresistible. A quick, crowd-pleasing bread ready in 35 minutes.

Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Drain very well.

Sauté onion in a little butter until softened.

Mix sautéed onion with the drained spinach.

Add garlic cheese and microwave until cheese melts. Stir well.

Cut each loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.

Divide the spinach mixture in two and spread over the bottom halves of both loaves.

Place top halves back on and wrap each loaf tightly in foil.

Heat in oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes until warmed through.

Unwrap, slice, and serve warm.

Note
