Laurie’s Dip
Description
A rich, cheesy baked artichoke dip — drained artichoke hearts and garlic processed together, then combined with mozzarella, Parmesan, and mayonnaise, topped with Italian bread crumbs, and baked until bubbly and golden. Serve hot with Triscuits or crackers. A classic crowd-pleasing party dip.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Run artichoke hearts and garlic through a food processor.

Add mayonnaise and both cheeses. Stir or pulse to combine.

Spread the mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Top with Italian bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serve hot with Triscuits or crackers.

Note
Spray the baking dish well with Pam before adding the mixture — this keeps the cheesy dip from sticking and makes serving much easier.
