Chocolate Toffee Graham Bars
Description
A ridiculously simple candy bar — graham crackers tiled in a jellyroll pan, covered in a boiled butter and brown sugar toffee, baked for 5 minutes, immediately topped with chocolate chips that melt from the heat, spread into a chocolate layer, then finished with finely chopped almonds or pecans. Cut while warm and chill to set. Makes 72 bite-sized squares.

Note
Cut while still warm — the bars harden as they cool and are much harder to cut cleanly once set. Very small squares are recommended since they are very rich.
Line the pan with foil for easy cleanup.
