Description

Cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix rolled into a ball and coated in toasted sesame seeds or ground pecans with cracked black pepper. Classic, crowd-pleasing, and completely make-ahead.

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and dry Ranch dressing mix together until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate until the mixture is firm enough to shape into a ball, about 30–60 minutes.
  3. Mix toasted sesame seeds or ground pecans with ground black pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball and roll in the seed or nut mixture until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
