Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fillet the chicken breast, then cut into ¼ to ⅓ inch strips.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken strips generously with garlic salt.
  3. Season the strips with Weber's Kick'n Chicken seasoning, adjusting to your desired heat level.
  4. Toss the chicken with your hands until evenly coated in the seasonings.
  5. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over just above medium heat.
  6. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken strips (all at once or in batches).

Note

Kick'n Chicken seasoning has real heat to it, so start light if you're not sure how spicy you want it — you can always season more, but you can't take it back out.
