Description

A bold, garlicky cheese ball with a kick — cheddar and cream cheese blended together with minced garlic, cayenne pepper, and chopped nuts, then rolled into a ball and coated in sesame seeds or more chopped nuts. A classic make-ahead party appetizer that pairs perfectly with crackers.

  1. Blend cheddar cheese and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic, cayenne pepper, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into a ball.
  4. Coat the outside with sesame seeds or additional chopped nuts.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Serve with crackers.

Note
