Special Tuna Salad
Description
Richard Simmons's clean, refreshing tuna salad — canned tuna mixed with chopped apples, halved stuffed green olives, lemon juice, black pepper, and just a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Light, crisp, and bright with the combination of tart apple and briny olive. Mix and refrigerate.
