Description

A no-bake refrigerator pie made by combining crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, chopped pecans, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk — poured into two graham cracker crusts and chilled for 1–2 hours until set. Light, creamy, sweet, and tart all at once. Can also be frozen. A potluck dessert that disappears before anything else.
