Description
A silky, no-bake chocolate cream pie — butter, sugar, cocoa, and oil beaten together with eggs added two at a time and whipped to a very fluffy texture, poured into a pre-baked shell and refrigerated until set. Topped generously with stiffly beaten whipped cream. Light in texture despite the rich ingredients, and ready without turning on the oven

Cream butter and sugar together until well combined.

Blend in cocoa and cooking oil.

Add vanilla and mix well.

Add eggs 2 at a time while mixing with a hand mixer. Beat at medium speed after each addition until the mixture is very fluffy.

Pour filling into the pre-baked pie shell.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Top with stiffly beaten whipped cream before serving.
