Description

A classic Southern sweet potato pie seasoned with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves — baked in an unbaked shell until just set, then topped with a brown sugar, butter, and pecan crumble and finished until golden. Serve with freshly whipped cream. Rich, warmly spiced, and the perfect ending to any Southern table.

Note

Warm the milk slightly before adding — it blends more smoothly with the sweet potato mixture and produces a silkier custard.
