Description

Fresh, bright, and full of garden flavor — homemade salsa made from scratch with tomatoes, green onions, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, and lime. Chop for chunky or blend for smooth.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables and herbs to desired size.
  2. Combine tomatoes, green onions, white onion, jalapeño, green chili, lime juice, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. For chunkier salsa, serve as-is. For smoother salsa, pulse in a blender or food processor.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
