Chop all vegetables and herbs to desired size.

Combine tomatoes, green onions, white onion, jalapeño, green chili, lime juice, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl.

Season with salt to taste.

For chunkier salsa, serve as-is. For smoother salsa, pulse in a blender or food processor.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
