Description

Sharp cheddar and red pepper baked into a thin, crispy biscuit — simple, bold, and addictive. Mix like a pie crust, roll thin, cut small, and bake until golden.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grate cheese into flour in a large bowl.
  2. Add butter, red pepper, and salt. Mix as you would a pie crust until crumbly.
  3. Add a little water as needed to bring the dough together.
  4. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Cut with a small round cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Dust with paprika if desired.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes until lightly golden.
