Kickin’ Fajita Seasoning
Description
Adam Moore's from-scratch fajita seasoning with a kick — potato starch, chili powder, salt, paprika, sugar, garlic, cayenne, cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, and onion powder. Bold, well-rounded, and far better than the packet. Store in an airtight jar.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

Transfer to an airtight jar or container.

Use 2–3 Tbsp. per pound of chicken or beef fajita meat.

Note
For a kid-friendly version, omit the crushed red pepper flakes and reduce cayenne to a pinch.
Store in an airtight jar. Use 2–3 Tbsp. per pound of meat with 2 Tbsp. of water and 1 Tbsp. oil for a perfect fajita marinade.
