Description

A simple, crowd-sized vegetable casserole — a large bag of frozen California blend vegetables thawed and combined with Mexican Velveeta and condensed cream of mushroom soup, baked at 350°F for 30 minutes, then topped with Durkee onion rings and baked 10 minutes more until golden and crispy. A satisfying vegetable side that serves 12 with almost no effort.
