Cheddar Cheese and Grits Casserole
Description

Cook grits according to package directions.

While grits are hot, add butter and cheddar cheese. Stir until both are fully melted.

Place beaten eggs in a measuring cup. Add enough milk to equal 1 cup of liquid total. Mix together.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
