Description

A creamy, cheesy cabbage casserole — whole cabbage boiled until tender, then combined with sautéed onion, Mexican Velveeta, cream of mushroom soup, and breadcrumbs, poured into a casserole dish and topped with the remaining breadcrumbs and baked at 350°F for 30 minutes. Transforms a humble vegetable into something genuinely satisfying.
