Description

A quick, buttery praline crumble made from butter, brown sugar, pecans, and coconut cooked together for 5 minutes, poured onto a buttered sheet to harden, then crumbled over ice cream or pudding. Also excellent as a standalone candy. Simple, versatile, and takes about 10 minutes from start to finish.

  1. Melt butter and brown sugar together in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until melted and combined.
  2. Add pecans and coconut.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour onto a buttered sheet and cool until hardened, about 15 minutes.
  5. When hardened, crumble and serve in the bottom of dishes or on top of ice cream or pudding.

Note
