Description

A no-bake cheesecake-style cream pie with a surprise — miniature chocolate Easter eggs hidden inside the filling, with more Easter candies used to decorate the top. Cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, instant pudding, and Cool Whip poured into a graham cracker crust and chilled for 3 hours. A festive, kid-friendly dessert that makes Easter morning special.

  1. Beat cream cheese in a large mixer bowl until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Add cold water and pudding mix. Beat on low speed until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spoon half of the filling into the graham cracker crust. Place miniature chocolate eggs on top of the filling layer.
  6. Top with remaining filling, covering the eggs completely.
  7. Chill for at least 3 hours until firm.
  8. Decorate the top with assorted Easter candies before serving.
