Coffee Punch
Description
A Southern punch bowl classic — double-strength coffee poured warm over vanilla ice cream and Cool Whip. Simple, crowd-sized, and always a hit at brunches and gatherings.

Brew double-strength coffee by using twice the normal amount of coffee grinds for 10 cups. Stir in sugar while still warm.

Place Cool Whip and vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.

Allow coffee to cool slightly — it should be warm but not hot.

Pour warm coffee over the ice cream and Cool Whip.

Stir gently and serve immediately.

Note
