Oatmeal “Crack” Cookies

Servings: 20 Total Time: 59 mins Difficulty: Beginner
This recipe traces its roots to one of the cookie recipes found in the cookbook Joy of Cooking back in 2001. Over the years, it has been tweaked, adjusted, and perfected until it became something uniquely our own. The result is a cookie that is rich, irresistible, and nearly impossible to stop eating after just one. That is exactly how it earned the nickname "Crack Cookies." Once you try one, you'll probably find yourself reaching for another.
